100 Things About Stephanie

1. I was born in 1967 in central Illinois
2. According to my mother, she chose my name to spite my father who wanted to name me Kimberly
3. I do not like my name
4. My earliest memory is of watching out the window from a neighbor down the road as firefighters were tending to the mobile home we had lived in as it burned to the ground. I was about 3 at the time
5. My parents really sucked at raising kids
6. I have a BA with a speech communications and theater arts major
7. I completed Kindergarden and 1st grade in the same school year.
8. After changing grades, I also changed school districts in the same school year.
9. My grandmother spoiled me when I was little
10. I’m still really spoiled or at least want to be
11. I compare all men to my dad
12. I tried out for the wrestling team in high school
13. I avoided all trends in high school
14. I have an unrequited love
15. I haven’t gotten over my parent’s divorce
16. My parents got divorced when I was 4
17. I only dated 3 men before I was married, including the man I married
18. I’ve been divorced longer than I was married
19. I graduated high school with a class of about 104 and graduated college with a class of about 78

21. I met my husband at a Milwaukee Brewer’s game
22. I thought he was a dork and blew him off
23. I love kitchen devices but refuse to buy them until I have a kitchen big enough to hold them all and still have them be accessible
24. The worst job I ever had was telemarketing
25. The best job I ever had was working with adults with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
26. My best friend is more like a sister than any of my biological sisters
27. I am a licensed insurance agent.

48. I like all kinds of music, but I am basically stuck on sentimental stuff

51. I live in a really nice city comparatively

I had to laugh because my Mom named me Kimberly, my Dad lost - he wanted Crystal! So glad my mom won that one! iclw

You want to go to Costa Rica? Maybe just to visit, right? Because it is hot over there. :) But it is beautiful specially their eco-tourist spots!
I also have put myself on a ban from buying more kitchen gadgets until I have a kitchen big enough to hold them.

Congratulations on quitting smoking. I too like to volunteer. I aspire to instill this quality in my son as he grows older. Thank you for sharing this list.
