It's Christmas morning already, mother. Can't we get to the presents now?


The slippers mom made are great! Maybe not as cool at the MP3 player boychild is holding, but almost as good.


Girlchild loves the sweater mom made for her. Of course she also loved all of the horse related media, stuffed toys, etc. Mom should learn to make a sweater with a horse on it!


We set about to finish the 1000 piece puzzle on Christmas Day (it had to be removed from the table in order to set the table for Christmas dinner). Boychild is proud of the accomplishment, although it was a collaborative effort. Too bad it turned out to be a 992 piece puzzle. Apparently a few pieces were missing when our friend gave it to us. Oh well.

That's the short version of Christmas at our house. We hope yours was filled with joy and good memories too!
